WE'RE SO SORRY!
Unfortunately it is with great regret that we have to inform you that due to the current pandemic we have taken the painstaking decision to cancel our Cranleigh Grass Court Tennis Festival for 2020
Such a tennis festival requires huge efforts from so many, and as much as we wanted to give the tennis community of Cranleigh and Surrey a ray of sunshine this summer – it has become more evident that to organise what is essentially a ‘pop up tennis festival’ with huge set up costs and lead times it is nigh impossible with the current restrictions and timelines available to us.
We hope that we’ll all meet again, one day very soon and do hope that you will all continue to play tennis wherever you can – whether that be touchtennis in the garden or the full game at your local club or park! And we do hope that we will be back on the cricket ground at Cranleigh next year from 1st – 6th August 2021.
With best wishes
Johnny Barr – Tournament Director

ABOUT US
Fantastic opportunity for children to experience tennis
Our idea is that The Cranleigh Grass Court Junior Tennis Festival should be a grade 4 junior tennis tournament held annually for 1 week every August in surrey and on grass where children 8 – 18 years of age not only just come for their match and go home, but instead they come to Cranleigh with their parents each day and play not only in the tournament but our daily coaching clinics and fun play. So even when you’re knocked out of the tournament side of things , you can still play on the grass courts with fellow competitors and enter our 2 hrs of daily coaching, touchtennis, cardio and other fun tennis activities. Voted ‘Best Tournament in Surrey, South East of England & whole of the UK in 2018 featuring the best Surrey Referee 2019 – Alison Battista’ by the LTA. Check out our Tournament Video here from last year.
